The Executive Learning Project is serious, practical executive learning for people who want to improve how they think, decide, lead and govern. It is an executive learning project conducted in public: human-directed, AI-assisted, evidence-aware and designed for practical application.
Who is behind the project
The project is created and directed by Andrew Condon, an executive using structured research, reflection and AI-assisted production to deepen his own learning and share useful outputs with others. The aim is not to present a claim of original expertise. It is to make high-quality executive learning more accessible, practical and open to scrutiny.
How content is produced
Each topic begins with a practical executive question. Research is gathered, competing perspectives are compared, key ideas are synthesised, and the material is shaped into an episode, written learning page, frameworks and practical tools. AI is used extensively to assist research, synthesis, drafting and production. Human direction, editorial judgment and final approval remain part of the process.
Sources and evidence
- Primary, authoritative and high-quality sources are preferred where practical.
- Named thinkers, institutions and frameworks are attributed rather than presented as original ELP ideas.
- Competing viewpoints are preserved when disagreement is material to the learning.
- Facts, interpretation and practical application are kept distinct where that distinction matters.
- Evidence limitations and uncertainty are acknowledged rather than hidden behind certainty or hype.
Our use of AI
AI use is disclosed, not hidden. The project uses AI to accelerate research, synthesis, drafting, audio and visual production. AI-generated output is treated as working material rather than unquestioned authority. Important claims are reviewed against sources, and the final learning experience is shaped around usefulness, accuracy, proportionate evidence and executive relevance.
Corrections, updates and feedback
ELP is a learning project, so material may be updated as better evidence, clearer explanations or stronger practical applications emerge. If a source has been misrepresented, an important perspective has been missed, or something can be made more useful, constructive feedback is welcome. Material corrections should be made transparently rather than quietly defended.
Publishing approach
The project aims to publish consistently and build a substantial library across strategy, governance, leadership, AI, decision-making, communication, capital allocation, risk and resilience. Quality is prioritised over volume. Each topic is intended to answer a real executive question and leave the reader or listener with something they can apply.
What this project is not
The Executive Learning Project is educational content, not professional, legal, financial, investment or governance advice. It does not promise mastery, certainty or shortcuts. The goal is disciplined learning: better questions, clearer thinking and more useful judgment.
